Treatment and benefits

Bonus/salary increase

Bonuses are provided (twice a year). Bonuses of up to 180,000 yen each will be paid in December and June. *Based on a monthly salary of 30,000 yen, the June bonus will be paid according to work performance from November to April, and the December bonus will be paid according to work performance from May to October.
